Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out may be available at no charge when our schedule permits. Please ask in advance.
Maximum Occupancy
- Apartments 2, 3 & 4: Maximum 4 guests each, including infants and children
- Cottage 1: Maximum 4 guests, including infants and children
- Cottage 2: Maximum 2 guests, including infants and children
All overnight guests must be included on the reservation and rental agreement.
Day Guests
Bamboo Apartments has just five accommodations and limited shared beachfront space and parking.
Day guests must be arranged with us in advance at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to limit, decline or ask unauthorized Day Guests to leave.
A day guest is anyone visiting the property for any reason who is not included on your reservation, even if they are staying elsewhere on Anna Maria Island.
Because of our small size, we may not be able to accommodate day guests during busy periods.
Absolutely no parties, gatherings, weddings, or wing dings.
Parking & Golf Carts
Each accommodation includes one assigned parking space for either one standard vehicle or one golf cart. No additional guest parking is available.
We do not have facilities for charging electric golf carts, and extension cords may not be run through doors or windows. If you plan to rent a golf cart, we recommend a gas-powered model.
Additional Policies
Nightly & Weekly Reservations: A $250 deposit and signed rental agreement are required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.
Monthly Reservations: A $500 deposit and signed rental agreement are required to confirm your reservation. A 25% rental payment is due 90 days before arrival, with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival.
Bamboo Apartments has only five accommodations. When you reserve an apartment or cottage, we take those dates off the market and hold that accommodation specifically for you.
For that reason, deposits and rental payments are non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides appropriate coverage for illness, family emergencies, travel interruptions, weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Please review the coverage and exclusions of any travel insurance policy carefully before purchasing.
If a named storm threatens Anna Maria Island and a mandatory evacuation is ordered, we will refund the unused portion of your rental payment for the period affected by the evacuation.
We do not provide storm-related refunds when an evacuation has not been ordered.
Red Tide and other naturally occurring marine or environmental conditions are outside our control and can change quickly.
We do not provide refunds for Red Tide or other naturally occurring beach or marine conditions.
Pets: We’re sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any apartment or cottage or on the screened Cottage porch. If smoking outdoors, please be considerate of other guests.
We do not provide daily maid service.
A shared coin-operated laundry is available on the property for registered guests.
Beach renourishment is a project that happens every few years to restore and protect our beautiful Gulf beaches by adding fresh sand to areas affected by natural erosion.
During beach renourishment, guests may encounter construction equipment, pipes, and some temporary changes to beach access. Guests can generally walk around the work areas and pipes to reach open sections of the beach.
While beach renourishment is beyond our control, we will do our best to keep guests informed of any scheduled work that may affect their stay.
